E - Brake

i had replace the right e brake cable like 4 months ago cause the right rear wheel was not holding while the e-brake was apply.and now when i pull the e-brake it doesnt go up much.im thinking that the left side might of went on me? what should i do now? thanx

are the brakes engaging and disengaging properly? was the cable lubed before installation?

im not sure if the repair shop lube it or not?im going tomorrow morning to the shop and see whats going on.
