ok so i was fussing around today ,here what i did w/ the car off i held in the odom button and at same time turned key to run well it went into all diff test cycles ,and i could cycle threw them by pressing the odom button ,what the heck does all of it mean???????

that would be the secret shit ford dont tell you about.. digital spedo, rpm, temp, fuel distance left per whats in the tank at the time, and a bunch of other shit i cant remember unless im looking at it lol.. i use it all the time for precise rpm's, and fuel because i like to know.

here ya go i found it, i was wrong about the fuel thing too.. it has to do with the the fuel but not how much milage you have for a tank.. more like fuel level.
