Some want to leave early, and some later on. I like the idea of leaving at like 10-11am so we can stop for some food,fuel and bathroom (for the ladies with peas sized bladders).

Is there a way to get a list of who is registered at the hotel on your block of rooms? Maybe that can be cross referenced with the list of those registered at the car show to figure out who did not click New York Mustangs affiliation. Seems silly that all the rooms are gone but we don't have enough registered cars for a club hangout tent...

Hey Shaun, the YMR has stayed at this hotel for years, There not only is a huge parking lot out front There is a gravel section next to the hotel where we park trailers. NO issue with trailer parking.

I tried getting reservation for Fri, Sat, and check out for Sunday, They said theres absolutely no rooms available.
