im running about 12 psi on my stock block, i recommend a wideband and a good tune if you wanna run alot of boost

I ran mid tens N/A for over 200 passes on a stock block with no block filler. Just a main and velley girdle to hold the parts in. The guy I sold it to is spraying it with 125 shot now. You can do a lot of shit with stock internals but why. What point needs to be proved? Do it right the 1st time and put some good internals in the block. BTW, I sent you a PM a little while ago. I'm saying 331, AFR ot T/F 205's, a well designed cam and a procharger or vortech. Forget about the KB. It's just a name and it's for street cars, not race cars. Good luck!

I spilt my block in half. My car made 515 rwhp and 660 ft lbs of torque with 15 psi.

The break was so bad that it broke the Oil pick up at the base and those Bolts on the Gridle were not loosen with a wrench. That was how it was sitting when the pan was pulled off.

I just upgraded to a 4 bolt main block. It was the best route for me and I plan on putting some big numbers threw it 1 day.

I upgraded to a World Products Man of War block. It added about 90 lbs. This block weight 200 lbs the stock block weight in ay 119

There is no real "set" limit for what the stock block will handle. I personally split my block and snapped the crank in 1/2 in my car about 5-6yrs back. It was 100% stock bottom end with a set of Edlebrock heads and a RPMII intake with all the normal bolt-ons.

Now I have a stock block 331 stroker with a 125 hit and the motor has 50 bottles+ through it without flinching. The car has gone 11.1's and has run like a champ for the past 3-4yrs. It also has the DSS main support as well.
