its a GTT but the customer calls is a GTT-R because it has the RB26 motor.

i figured i would end the summer with a big writeup. i decided to take a lot of pics for this GTR, which would be the car i had the most fun working on recently. ive had a lot of nice cars in the shop but this was something that was on my list of cars to detail for a long time. now i can scratch it off the list & just
hope this brings a few other GTRs into the shop!

as everyone knows these cars are difficult to import from japan,
making them very rare to find on the road today in the US..

i hit those orange reflecters with some compound & polish as well with 4" foam pads.

06 Suby STI in the is waiting on deck in the background to go under the halogens as well.

the wing has been forgotten until now. i left this for the end of the job.
ill get to work on that then install it back on top of the trunk & get the car ready for final presentation to the customer.

halogen light is shining on the before side.

the grey portion of the wing was extremely unclear after compounding.
i dont think it was meant to shine the same as the black paint on the rest of the car..

i think hes out on the island, i dont remember what he told me.
it was really fun working on a car ive hears so much about. everyone loves these cars. i dont think they will ever not look nice.

no =( its against the rules to drive customers cars for joy rides. i have the chance to drive alot of nice cars but i never do that. its not worth the risk of something getting damaged. when these cars are here theyre moved in the shop & out of the shop & picked up as soon as theyre done if possible lol. trust me, its not worth it but i almost gave in to this one!!!!!!!!!

Just for anyone thats wondering Andrew is definitely the person to go to get your car detailed weather its a honda civic or a Ferrari I would trust him no matter what. He has a great work ethic and respect for every car that rolls into his garage. Im definitely going to be going back and will be recommending him to all of my friends!

also he thought it was a GTR because I told him I consider it a GTT-R because it has the RB26 in it and he thought I said GTR.
