The 2010 Barrett-Jackson Collector car auction is just a few weeks away in Scottsdale, Arizona and up until the auctions start we will be bringing you various Mustangs going across the block. The first Mustang we are covering is Lot # 701.2, the 2010 Hurst Mustang Convertible pace car which led the field for the final race of the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge series season in September. The 2010 Hurst Mustang convertible pace car was donated by the Woodhouse Auto Family and Hurst Performance vehicles to the Victory Junction's newest camp for kids in Kansas City who is now auctioning it off to raise funds. The Hurst Mustang pace car features a Roush supercharged 4.6-liter V-8 pumping out 435 horsepower and 400 pound feet of torque. The Hurst Mustang also features a white exterior, white leather interior and a white convertible top. The exterior is very distinctive with it's painted gold racing stripes and official pace car logos. Other goodies found on the pace car include Magnaflow stainless steel exhaust, Eibach suspension and 20-inch Hurst polished wheels with BFGoodrich rubber.
The Hurst pace car will be going across the block on Thursday January 21st.
