Well todays progress, I removed the rest of the front face of the r/s torque box,
Then I started removing the right half of the r/s toe board that has the back side of the torque box welded to it. The r/s of the toe board also had a rot hole that started up by the heater box & ran down to the floor seam probably from a leaky heater core.

Hang in there , as you are aware many bumps in the road when restoring. Your progress thus far is fantastic. I have followed the restoration.
