B303 w/1.7 rockers or F303 w/1.6 pretty close cams and I think if you go on the Corral, there's a few dyno sheets comparing GT40 iron headed 302's with those cam's and like a TFS stage 1 where there was really no gain.
I for one had a B303 in my cobra GT40 and it really woke the motor up. with 3.73's, the typical bolt ons, and slicks, it went
12.8@106.x weighing 3350.
Reason for suggesting the FMS alphabet cams is because you can probably get used ones for dirt cheap. I for one gave away a B-cam with a motor I sold. And depending on what your plans are for the future, you may not want to spend too much on a cam now but at the same time get improved performance over the stock HO cam.
Last suggestion is, get a pedestal to stud mount kit and get stud mount rockers. If you plan to upgrade heads to a stud mount, you'll be able to reuse the rockers.
