Too much $$$$ for either :Type-R: .... don't buy another Pony until you have a house! ...you'll have a much harder time getting a mortgage loan with another car payment, + you have a real nice Cobra as it is!

...not unless you have the $$$ to buy the car outright & are still able to buy/purchase a house ... remember, a car WILL lose value the second you drive it! ... trust me, I've made a lot of money over the years in the housing market! ...and its the way to go...
