Well this looks like it may be the 2011 Mustang testing the new 5.0L, or the ecoboost V6, even though it has the 2009 body style. If you look at the rear end you will notice the antenna is out of the 2010 ,exhaust tips look like they are not the stock tips and since there is the a camouflaged front end I am assuming that they are testing one of the new engines. supposedly this is a powertrain mule for a new 2011 Boss Mustang GT.
