The R&D team at BBK have announced the introduction of an all-new line of performance exhaust products for the hot new 2011 Mustang 5.0 GT and V6 models.
BBK R&D developed these headers with one thing in mind – Getting even more horsepower and torque out of the all new, 2011 5.0 liter Mustang that is already putting out nearly twice the horsepower of its 5.0 predecessor!
This all new rugged BBK header design is constructed with 1-3/4” CNC Mandrel-Bent tubing and solid 3/8” laser cut exhaust flanges.
For GT owners, BBK offers a direct-fit, tuned-length 1-3/4” header system, a direct-fit 2-3/4" after-cat x-pipe, as well as 1-3/4" full-length headers and matching high-flow x-pipes. Typical horsepower gains are 14-34 rear wheel horsepower on otherwise stock GT models.
For V6 owners, a new full-length header system with matching x-pipe is available that initial testing shows will be good for up to 25 hp and 25 ft-lbs of torque. BBK products are available through Brothers Performance.
