I had a friend come over and help me do the install. It went pretty good I think it took us about 8-9 hours but If I had to do it again it wouldn't take that long. As far as your cats go they wont work with L/T's I put on JBA's H-pipe with high flow cats.

From what I have read get FRPP gears. Also that link was for a v6 I am not sure if that is different than yours?

I would sya either Kooks or JBA. I just installed JBA Titanium coated L/T's on my car and everything fit very nice. The coating helps to keep the heat down.

I cant say for sure but I would say yes. more for show. I know chrome oil pans a pretty much junk at least most of them!

lol Good luck with that. It is hard to get anything for the stock exhaust. I have a manifold back setup with 4k miles or less on it and I would never get that kind of $ for it. If you get it let me know.
