I have JBA l/t headers with there H pipe with high flow cats and my car is crazy loud and has a real nice sound. I also have the Pypes mufflers.

My guess is you will have No problems getting the bolts out. I didn't even use any lube. I have JBA and there fit was great. It took me like 8-9hrs between 2 days to get the headers done.

Yeah try PB blaster. I did my Headers about a month ago and all my bolts came out real easy but my car has only 6k miles on it and its never been drove in the snow so there is no rust. I did my drivers side first and I took off the steering linkage which made it a lot easier. I also replaced...
