I actually considered a satin black. If you are a fan of The Fox Shoppe on Facebook they just restored a Saleen and painted it satin black wiht black stripes....it's SICK.

Maybe I'll just rock it with the primer on it and when it comes time to paint it, I'll sand it down and hit it with another coat of primer, what do you guys think of that?

I just want it to look decent. Ideally once I rebuild my 5.0 and 302 I'll find a clean roller down south in a few years but for now I want it to look okay if you see what I'm getting at.

Any idea on cost for the primer, sealer, base, and clear? I still have to pay to get my 1/4 patched.:(

Lol, that's true...I was just curious. I'm not sure which paint set up I want to go with, but I can't drop a LOT of money, but I'm not spray painting it...
