When I found the car it was in the middle of it's restoration (back in '05). The engine compartment was stripped, but they put back the original wiring. So far I have had no issues. Wiring??
Mine still has the original wiring. I do look at and think it would be great if it looked factory fresh instead of 40+ years old. However, with mine being a 64 1/2 I wouldn't trust that the new ones would be a perfect match. And when I look, the cost is pretty high. So unless something breaks...- mabcim
