With that high compression You might just want to run Nitrous instead. That loves Higher compresion, Not tell you to but just a thought. But if your dead set on a SuperCharger. Then definitely get something with an intercooler setup like a procharger set up. Vortech kits come with them also...

Those 2 things is all you should need. As far as how much. It is not more then a few hours of labor. If you know how to splice and soilder 4 wires together then you can do it yourself. They will give you a instruction booklet telling you what wire goes to what pin on the computer.

I did that to my old 87 lx and ran it threw 2 cars for over 6 years with no porblems just have to splice it in to the computer when the instruction says Only other thing you will need is a mass air meter So that will be an additonal price.
