Thanks guys getting ready to cut into that engine, and see what the deal is. Going to just pull it, and see if I can reuse the short block. New bearings, and a nice cam & heads upgrade should make the spring a lot more fun.

Thanks for the interest guys. A friend of mine convinced me to let me have him trouble shoot it for me over the winter. So it looks like I will be keeping it, and hoping to get it back to good wihtout a whole new engine

Thanks guys. I really do love the car. If I don't sell it as a roller this month, I am going to start tearing it down, and rebuild it. Money isn't even the primary issue, I have two small kids so time is scarce for this type of project.
