By the little bit I have read so far it is the same as the Eaton TVS. They even use the same 4 lobe 160* twist rotors. The TVS is supposed to be the most efficient blower Eaton has produced, with great results.

The edelbrock blower is a roots style blower. I would not go with a 4.10 rear gear. You could get away with a 3.55 or 3.73 though. The 4.10 would be fine for the centrifugal as you don't produce boost right away. With the roots or twin screw, you see full boost almost immediately. Couple that...
