tails are 2 1/2, not 3 inch. The cat back is actually a bottleneck. The car used to have road race suspension and 3 inch tails couldn't be fit. unless it was changed since the last time I saw it.

There are places in jersey and connecticut that can do the tune, no need to go all the way out on the island... You can drive it like that, its just gonna run like shit, wouldn't blow up or anything as long as all your baselines are set properly.

Saw it at a car show before, not sure if it was bear mountain or one of the others. If anybody put that car on a track or put good stickies on the back, its driveline would explode, lol... She's a highway runner/dyno car only...
