In the mind of the author...the statement is reasonable for reasons that he didnt care to state. Nobody has a 100% customer satisfaction rate and you cant expect them to. For every reason that someone can be upset with something, there is an upset person that has been in EVERY and any shop. So...

You can find good and bad opinions about any shop for an INFINITE number of reasons. I doubt 1 negative post in a thread asking for opinons is really gonna take food out of the anyones mouth...but hey, if it does, I guess thats what being is business is about. It comes with the territory.
