Based on more searching, I think it is a vent valve.....

Man, I searched for over an hour. Couldn't find any pics or anything.

I am installing the 03 Cobra fuel tank and pumps in my 99. During the process I broke the blue "valve" thing on the top of the tank. I know it is going to be a dealer item and expensive, but does anyone know what it is called?
