Keep trying, the 60' is where you gain or lose. My best is still open for improvements at each step. I run anywhere from 13.6 - 13.3 depending on the air and track and I am stock with a tune. If you want to know what you could have run go here...

I don't know the milage needed for a fluid change but I have put many passes on this fluid and 23k miles, no problems so far but the question remains, anyone have problems yet or changed earlier than schedule?
