That looks great! Did you paint the coil covers as well? I assume that you are getting some fill in panels for the Powered By Ford items or are you sending them out to get painted?

Like Bart said you can keep the stock TB. The stock TB flows enough cfms that until you are above IIRC 600HP it doesn't become a hindrance. One of the main reasons people put on TBs is mostly for looks like with the Ford Racing 62mm Throttle Body.
