That seems kinda cheap. I don't have any real numbers from back in 06. All I can tell you was, I first went thru Saville Ford service dept. cause I wanted to keep the car under warrenty. They explained all the issuses with doing a swap like that and didn't recommend it. Yes I know the dealer...- dadnpony

I had a 2006 with a 5-speed manual and you are right! I got tired of the stick after 6 months of daily driving. Having said that....... I looked into that same issue in trying to swap out the tranny. It's not a cost effective project even if you find someone to swap trannys with. There are...- dadnpony
