2nd Gear Syncro is bad and need to be replace before U do anymore damage to the tranny, and yes it's a T-3650, it's not an expensive repair, U just need to find the right Shop to get it fix, Good Luck

Could be Bad Synchronizer, what trans is it? T-45 or T-3650, also what gears are grinding?

It can be done and it has been done with decent results, but your going to need more than just the Blower, There's a complete list of all the parts your going to need to do the swap, Check SvtPerformance or Modular Ford, just do a search on the subject and you will find the complete list and all...
