IMO a 45 or 40 is a bit tall of a sidewall looks wise. If you are trying to keep a stock tire height for the 18" wheels I would suggest going with a 255/35/18 tire for the 18"s. If these are the ones I am thinking about they are 18x8.5" wheels and you don't really want to go any larger then...
