it actually has nothing too do with slowing the car down that noise what slowing it down it you down shifting too a lower gear

it is normal then ? cause it has no cats although sometimes timinh when it is off will make the car backfire i had it happen '

no cats well it sound normal my car does that from time to time its cause its a straight pipe also just check the timing

its pretty common deo u have cats in the h-pipe? also your timing could be slightly off

how would i check that?

my temp guage is rising to hot then back down while steady driving it also the motor isnt even hot it never did that before could mit be the sensor is going or the thermostat is getting stuck from time to time
