they all have that. its a trailering hook. just one of those stupid ricer mods they do. its not for towing anything, its for pulling a race car onto a trailer with a winch. something they only have to do when they break a part at the track. cars like that are like roaches down here in the city

the spike? not sure. the fuel pump turning on and pumping fuel to an engine thats not ready for it maybe.
