I didn't mean to imply all the trannys were sloppy but I do feel it was the weakest link. Mine was really junk. I really didn't notice how inadequate it really was until I started to add the go fast parts, especially the KB. The car wanted to go but I had to wait until the tranny stopped...

I would guess a shift kit. The stock tranny is pretty sloppy. Way to much slip. Even trying the 1st to second back to 1st didn't really do anything. Thats why I got a lentech. Night and day difference.:)
