Just curious, what do you mean by chatty? I have a O/R Bassani X-Pipe and when I press on the gas hard I can hear a chatty type noise. Is this what you mean? I've been trying to figure out if this is normal

Yup. I think the shaker was raised an inch. But trust me it didn't look good in person. The guy got it that way and is planning to put the shaker back to stock.
