Ok so i got the headers all bolted up and tight, it didn't take too much longer with just taking my time with a wrench. Now my new question is, i ordered o2 extension kit for the long tubes thinking they were for the front o2's but the plug on the extension is designed for the rear o2s...

Yeah I would take it somewhere to get the air out and then take it off. I never use the a/c EVER. If its too hot i don't even drive the car lol.

hmm no shit, good find. Thanks man I guess $30 for a plastic pulley isn't bad lol. Do you know what else is involved in removing the AC or is it basically just taking it out?

Do they make a AC eliminator kit for 99-04 mustangs? I have no seen anything or is there a way to do it yourself? If anyone could give me a link or something that would be awesome.

Unfortunately no, i know i know.... I should have but i mean i got the headers in fairly quickly with just lifting the motor up. I know it would be a clear shot if the k member wasn't there. I don't think it would be worth it to drop it now, how long does it usually take to drop the k?

Headers are almost done, I'm just having a pain in the ass time reaching the last top two bolts on the passenger side and the last top one and last two bottom bolts on the driver side. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get to them. I mean i can get to them its just a real PITA.

Yeah just rods and pistons, i heard around 450rwhp was the breaking point. Im running 10psi with my blower for over a year now with no engine problems, just other problems lol
