I got them on my 306 with a carb and previous owner had them ported work fine wouldn't see a problem runnin them with a b cam but don't kno bout the length of the pushrods and all

I changed my motor mounts when I put long tubes on my fox and had to get a mini starter but I I wouldn't know about that for your car but I would change the mounts while there at it couldn't hurt

I would go with some gears, long tubes,some drag radials or intake manifold and injector upgrade if u want more power
