Fill it so it's just to the bottom of the "neck" of the resevoir. Make sure the car is on level ground when you do.

Are you sure it's fine... It only has to be down just a hair for the light to be triggered. Try topping it off with brake fluid, right to the bottom of the neck of the resevoir, make sure the float is completely "floating" I am 99.999999999% sure this is your issue. There is no other...

Stock ones are good for under .550 lift, but I would do them anyways, you dont want to let a valve go and screw up your whole upper assembly. It's a bit of a pain but take your time and it's not too bad. I would even offer to come help install them if need be, I did mine and helped Mike...
