    oil pressure

oil pressure: the only accurate way to determine oil pressure reading problems is to use a mechanical oil pressure gauge. Try to get one install it, and compare its readings to your dash gauge readings. It very well could be the sending unit, but you wont know for sure 'til you use a mechanical...

flywheel or cluch peddle making noice

it does sound like the throw out bearing. any local shop should be able to replace it without much trouble. it would have to be a very incompetent mechanic to screw that up as it is a very straight forward installation (it does involve dropping the transmission though, so it may not be cheap)

    Coilovers or what?

That's why I suggested him to get a quality kit. I am running the MM coil over kit and it is smooth and quiet, with great handling and height adjustability :awesomework: I know some of the cheaper set-ups, though they work, can make clunking noises.

    Coilovers or what?

If money is not an issue go with a quality coil over setup like Maximum Motorsports Coil-Over Package, 1994-04 Mustang [COP-52] : Maximum Motorsports, the Latemodel Mustang Performance Suspension Leader!

2 cheap/simple mods that greatly improve clutch pedal feel

^^ You are correct!, you have to make sure that the cable is properly adjusted. Tight enough that it fully disengages the clutch and loose enough to prevent premature throw out bearing wear. I guess I should say this: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!, (I, personally, love it ) :D

2 cheap/simple mods that greatly improve clutch pedal feel

This is for cars that are already have aftermarket quadrant and firewall adjusters installed. 1st is the clutch pedal adjuster kit. The kit consist of just a little piece of metal, a bolt and a nut. It allows you to position the clutch pedal at the same height (over even lower) than the brake...

    Coilovers or what?

I think you should just do lowering springs. It's cheaper and do the job well. Adjustable coilovers are nice, but a quality setup is going to cost you a good amount of $$$$.

    Rocker arm noise

thin oil can lead to valvetrain noise, but 10w30 is not that thin. Pull your valve covers and go over rocker arm adjustment it should be easy to check since you the engine is carbed.

    over heating issue

a bad radiator cap could have been the issue. The cooling system needs pressure to work correctly. A bad radiator cap cannot hold adequate pressure therefore the car overheats. Glad you found the problem. By the way, try to wire your fan thru a relay. Your switch might not last too long having...
