Yeah. An 11 might be pushing it and the gains are not that much.

If you do that you will have to remove the boot on the shock and also grind off the bump stop perch. It has been done before, but needs some work. You can go with a 10" wheel and stuff some 305's on there. I am running a 295 on a 10" wheel. And to widen the rim is $250 each. Good luck.
