    With the OEM efi and tuning you can -adjust fuel injector timing based on crankshaft rotation in degrees - helping idle with large cams -adjust fueling & timing based on engine coolant temp and air charge temp allowing better control of fuel at all operating temperatures

    Sounds like the pump to me. I have a fuel pressure gauge in my car and usually get fuel pressure in no time. If you only get 5-10 lbs something is wrong.

    It sounds fuel related to me, you need to verify your fuel pressure, could very well be the pump. Is it loud when the car is running? It could be the pump relay too maybe. Many possible things.

    Oddly with any fox I have had I never have had that high of voltage. Even my LX only hits maybe 13.6-13.7 with a 6G alternator. Weird.

    Have you checked the fuel pressure and verified that it is correct? If you are lean at idle that bad you will not be getting good vacuum. Even with an E303 cam you should be able to at least idle at 1000 without a tune.

    Welcome! What problems are you having? I personally would try and chase down the issues with the EFI and keep that due to the fuel mileage and better over all driveability.
