Yup, if they are dealer installed, they are probably semi-metallic and not ceramic. Next time you get brake pads, go with ceramic.

I have the same issue when I brake at 20 mph or less. Are your brake pads ceramic?? If they are not, than that might be the reason.

I usually use Penzoil oil and Purolator filter or Mobil 1 Oil and Filter. I prefer the well known brands as opposed to something iv never heard of. And yeah, I also run full synthetic.
