alot affects a x-fer funtion for a maf...the only thing that they used to do in regards to "scaling" was that the maf would sustain the same power as the injectors. Load will never be correctly calculated in any tune be it 87 eec 4 to 2011 copperhead processors unless injector low and high...

24lb injectors and 93 cobra MAF...even though they are supposed to be scaled for each other the 93 cobra ecm has some tweaks to ensure fueling is right. Think of how many people back in the day just threw a "matched maf and injector combo" on cars and thought it was going to run correctly...
