Good news, I have the process down. Bad news, I hate wiring almost as much as body work :( Much rather wrench on something! Thanks for the help.

I re-fabbed the ECU bracket and bolted to the fire wall. Then put the relay box between the ECU and strut tower. I actuall went with two hole under the ECU/Relay box. The one harness I have to shorten is 81 wires and the one harness I need to add to run back up to the nose is 27 wires...
