    I don't know that a computer diagnostic will show it. But I may be wrong. There are newer transmissions than what I had go bad. (78 Camaro, 87 Celebrity ES) my best advise is to check with your mechanic. Or a reputable shop (realspeed) and tell them exactly what it is and isn't doing.

    When my torque converters went, I would loose all drive power under load, like going up hill at 60 mph. But it would be ok going down hill and on level easy driving. Sometimes it would slip on take off. Sometime it would be fine.

    If it is your clutch don't buy Valeo or from stockwiseauto.com my clutch blew on April 15, and is still notified yet. Between wrong parts from Valeo, and communication issues with stockpile it all been a huge p.i.t.a.

    Super frustrated right now. The clutch slave cylinder that came with my clutch kit was not the right one. Now I have to send the entire kit back for refund, then order a complete new kit. I am not buying anything from stockwiseauto again.
