well i only get a missfire under 2000 rpms and my injectors are clean could it be electrical?

i got a 88 gt with a 90 motor im running a speed density computer with a 90 motor but im not running no mass air will this cause my miss fire? im just running a regular intake with no mass air meter can anybody give me any other suggestions i would really appreciate your help thanks
