i got the old style one from the 60s the point one so they suck car shuts off when im on the red light idling on drive. i have the distributor from the efi that came with it when i bought the motor i was hoping it could work too save a little bit of money guess ill have to buy a one wire one lol...

hello i have a stock distributor out of a 91 5.0 I was wondering if this distributor work with the same motor but its been converted to carburator. I having problems with the distributor on it right now i have the old style one in it

i remember i raced one with my old 88 stock to the bone with a slow aod ready to blow, and we were side by side all thru the end so i guess their really slow

could it be that because the fans are always on, the car wont past 160 degrees is always running cold and the carb is idling at 2500 all the time could that be it

idk guys is a brand new carb, and the motor has less than 100 miles literally. hopefully is just timing ill take i to a shop then. thanks for the info

im having problems with my car's engine is a carb by the way anyways when i hit the gas sometimes the motor goes pop it makes a pop noise what can it be?? car does run fine except for the idling too high what can that pop noise be though????

hey first i wanna thank the guys that hook me up with bobby from queens , and sold me the rear end cheap. now since my rear broke it also broke my tranny that i had just bought so im in need of a t5 core so i can swap out the good parts for the parts if anyone is selling one let me know thanks

yeah i was thinking i love carbs but they are always messing up, and im don't know much about them, and i always got a car that keeps stalling on me thanks for the input

with good tires,and i mean good tires, and not driving like a maniac the car would be good in the rain , and even the snowi use my cars sometimes in the rain or snow, and it runs fine. of course you have to drive more carefully than with a fwd car
