I usually turn on the engine for a few minutes so its nice and warm, cover the CAI filter and spray on Gunk Engine Degreaser. Let that sit for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse everything with water. Use a piece of cloth to dry everything off and remove extra dirt that hasn't been removed...

Oops, slight mistake on my parts. I just checked my past eBay purchases. The actual company I bought the rotors/brake pads from was Brakemotive. I was going to buy rotors and brake pads from R1 but I got a much better deal from Brakemotive. Here is the eBay link for my exact purchase...

I bought a set of 4 rotors (drilled/slotted) plus 4 sets of brake pads from their ebay store in April. Paid about $200. So far so good. Havent had any problems with them. The brake pads do squeak a bit when cold but after they warm up, the squeak goes away.
