    There absolutely is. Armacell TAP9584000 Armaflex Insulation Tape - Rakuten.com Shopping I use this stuff on the residential work I do and I see absolutely no reason you couldn't use it in the engine bay.

    If it's catted then you shouldn't have any issues with a CEL. If it's an off road x then I'd recommend either RealSpeed or Mustang Magic, they're both out in Long Island though.
