on 87 and newer cars its a cable you have to pull in the trunk. has a t handle on it. I think its on the passenger side near the trunk strut if I recall.

I would think the pump. Turn the key to the on possition. You should hear the pump run for a second or two to pressurize the system. If you do not then check the fuse first but yea I would think the pump is bad.

I don't think that's a real mach 1.....looks like someone just stuck the nasa hood on it. Even if the guy didn't want the graphics it should have a honeycomb plate on the rear of the car. Looks flat black to me.
