Actually...you're looking for a 96-99 gt bracket. All hardware can be boutique at a good hardware store. About $25 worth. I'm pretty sure that the correct bracket is 4FH111-041.

Are you buying new or used ? If new, bracket will not be a problem. And try superchargersonline.com If used, good luck. Try Ebay.

IMPORTANT.....because you have a 1999 gt. The mounting bracket / hardware for a 1999 IS NOT THE SAME as 2000 to 2004, because of a different timing chain cover. Definitely do at least the boost a pump. The hpx maf is good. I didn't like the included air filter pipe because it's weirdly shaped...
