So, here is a twist. You have a custom tune. It is possible that certain sensors (O2) have been shut off in the tune program that will show as a Not Ready. Going back to a stock tune should correct that. I would also follow the directions on this link to properly reset all the monitors...

The only other thing it may be is a nick, crack or cut in a vacuum hose on The evap system. The dealership isn't going to find it unless they are looking for it, and then only if you are paying them to look for it.

the P0456 code comes back as an evap system leak. replacing the gas cap was step 1, you may have to have the fuel pump replaced, and or have a smoke test performed at a dealership to track down a vacuum leak. That's the best info I have for you, maybe someone else here has some more to add.

Did they tell you specifically what was not ready?, do you have a custom tune?, recently disconnect the battery? There are a lot of factors that need to be looked at before we can diagnose it.

The plenum covers are super rare, they show up on eBay from time to time, but not very often. The manufacturer went out of business a few years ago, and no one has picked up where they left off.

They are no longer made, the company that did them closed their doors a few years ago. One will show up from time to time on eBay, but they are few and far between.
