Boss 302 will be faster if both cars are stock. Sticky tires, gears, and a tune and a 5.0 gt should be able to beat a stock Boss 302.

My local dealership just got this in. It's very tempting. It has 3.73s, Brembo package, and appearance package. I got a little sticker shock as its $38K. I may have to go see what it will actually cost me? :confused:

I have 3.73s and like them. My car came stock with 3.31s. If you get the gears, you should also get a handheld tuner like SCT or Diablo to adjust the speedo for them or your speedometer will be off a bit.
