Fixed. upper 3/8 hose clamp on the fuel pump was loose...(flame suit):smash:

update: check all the sensors one more time, i not sure how to check the o2s but i got 12v wire on idle(.5-1.0 spec). am i doing somthing wrong? and im thinking about taking out the rest of the air pump stuff since its not pumping air to the H pipe anymore.(no cats) would that help at all...
