Ya, it runs really smooth i think, I enjoy the power even more now, and it has a big boost over the Performance tune. I went back to the Performance tune few weeks ago see the difference, and felt like the car was restricted, went back to race and man i was doing 80 on the LIE without even trying hehe, and my big grin came back too.

Nice! I didn't know they carried vortech for the V6. Any issues with head gaskets or the 7.5 rear?

It's all about what you're going to do with the 7.5's.

Back in the 80's when they came standard on the 5.0L Stangs, I broke several of them drag racing. So I put in a Ford Motorsport 8.8" rear.

Problem solved.

If someone's gonna drive their car hard or make runs down the strip, get the 8.8 ...

It would be the 8.8 for me then, that's exactly why I'd go supercharged to make runs and drive it hard

So over Halloween weekend I had to take my lil bro up to SUNY Brockport for transfer day and open house. Down tuned to 89P since its a long haul and wanted to save $ on gas. I will say this 4.0 is meant for the highway, my avg mpg was 28, my trip comp was reading 376 M2E, had a fun game putting it up against my GPS, were I started out short on gas an quickly saw my range increase and over take the route miles on the GPS. Need some way to kill 7 hours of non-stop driven lol. But since being back in NYC, noticed no longer gonna see 300+ miles on there.

Bama gave me 3 tunes I can switch between so the gas all depends on which one im using. currantly im running the 93
